- Fee-based Ministries (Community Center, SACC (School-Aged Child Care and Summer Program), PE+, and Preschool)
- Provide strategic visionary leadership for the fee-based ministries achieving organizational mission and values along with ministry goals and long-term viability.
- Deliberately explore avenues to leverage ministries to better serve and deepen PCC’s spiritual and physical impact on our community.
- Shepherd ministry leaders to grow discipling teams that reach those they serve with the love of Jesus.
- Partner with ministry directors to foster collaborative engagement that creates bridges among ministries linking services and building new opportunities.
- Operations Leadership
- Oversee that church governance policies and by-laws are in compliance in partnership with the Lead Pastor and LST
- Ensure human resources and financial policies remain current and are followed
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the staff, empowering them to fulfill their roles with excellence and effectiveness.
- Manage and increase organizational effectiveness through coordination and communication across all ministries through a strategic approach that fosters collaboration, alignment, and synergy.
- Development and Budget
- Direct PCC’s overall budget process in collaboration with the Controller and staff leadership.
- Oversee expense and revenue optimization throughout campus
- Work in partnership with the Lead Pastor to ensure a culture of generosity and financial stewardship, ensuring that giving is managed effectively and contributes to the fulfillment of the church's mission and vision.
- Missional Project Management
- In partnership with the Lead Pastor, oversee and guide ministry efforts as they lead to the fulfillment of our mission and vision
- Managing the assimilation process within the church including creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where individuals can seamlessly transition from being visitors to active, engaged members.
- Drive visionary and strategic leadership for campus infrastructure needs
- Manage PCC’s capital assets and project management.
- A pastoral leader who understands that ministry extends beyond traditional church based activities and can creatively embrace and maximize PCC’s uniqueness, growing God’s Kingdom while delivering excellent services that meet real needs in the community.
- Has the skill-set of a COO in a business setting or that of an executive director of a non-profit or Christian based organization, able to dive deep into operations when needed, yet orchestrate the strategic priorities and visioning among varied departments.
- Comfortable with financial and fiscal leadership
- A strategic leader adept at finding common ground and achieving buy-in among stakeholders.
- A mature Christ follower who can lead and mentor others with humility, clarity and integrity.
- Demonstrable experience in visionary leadership, strategic planning and effective execution.
- Practiced team-based leadership and relational skills with people of all ages and situations
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.
- Time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills recognizing various views and perspectives
- Strong orientation toward achieving results, attention to detail, and proven ability to drive toward long-term goals

- Able to lead a budget process
- Excellent analytical, writing, presentation, and communication skills
- A track record of achieving spiritual/missional impact in a complex secular environment
- A faithful follower of Jesus
- Familiarity or understanding of Evangelical Covenant Church beliefs
- Minimum of five years of related experience required
- Familiarity with effective church governance
- Master's Degree (MDiv. or MBA) or equivalent professional experience preferred
